shadowrecon
SPS2 has been released and is now available in the include. Please download a fresh copy of GMRL and give it a try. SPS requires no other includes, has SMART built in and now supports a rotated camera angle. SPS only works with SMART, There is 2 examples of how to use SPS in the include, one using OSI to load SMART and login the other just running SPS and having the user manually login. If there are any questions or concerns please post them here. I am also looking for ideas on how to create a walking method that can walk a path by only getting the position on the character once or every so many steps, in order to speed up SPS2 even faster. As of now each call to SPS_GetMyPos() takes only 1 second which isn't SLOW at all. - ShadowRecon
Wanted
This is for RS2 or 07?
shadowrecon
RS2 But it may vary well work with RS07 because it uses distorted image comparison basically. I believe the Map center and edge points are the same tho. I dont have a members account any more or i would have it ported to work with RS07 because basically it just requires the search areas to be adjusted along with a few RS functions that may need to be changed like "GetCompassAngleRadians," "LoggedIn," etc. That is only if they are different. And these are RS dependent functions only basically.
shadowrecon
SPS now supports RS2 and RS07. Only supports RS07 with custom maps until someone makes a database of the map slices. But that isnt a easy task and custom maps are faster, and more precise according to the SRL forums. I have an example walking from lumbridge to the chickens. It is by far faster than the RS2 version using the standard maps by about 10x and the RS2 version is super fast as it is. Try the examples out. Side note SPS now supports OSI or standalone use of SMART. You can use SPS and SMART without requiring OSI to be included. There are examples of this in the Examples folder. Glad to see you added in support for RS07 aswell, woohoo! Now this community just needs some active and motivated scripters for RS... Hmm. :\ But this work, for SPS by you, definitely makes things so much easier to write bigger scripts. Right now the only thing SCAR Divi currently lacks in RS07 would be antirandom's, I think. Most of the other things/areas can be already handled by OSI+GMRL+MSSL combination.
shadowrecon
Thanks JanI, Ive started working on a pretty cool woodcutting script for RS07 using SPS and its pretty cool. Im making my own custom maps of-course and they actually preform better than the RS2 maps originally did. Its take me less than 300ms to get my position where as when i first ported SPS to SCAR it took anywhere from 2-6 seconds per call to the function. Accuracy also with SPS is just awesome be cause with good maps you can get your character to stand on any tile you want. I hope others have found it useful. Just curious what have been your experiences with SPS?
LordJashin
Rs Sutton's methods - 100% accurate on tiles, and at 30 ms execution. NO FAILSAFES needed Anyway, u better put that amazing form software that you made to good use (woodcutting) Use the woodchopper logo from rs2 bots.net or w/e robot
shadowrecon
lol, as long as the maps you are using are up to date then yeah i would be willing to bet $100 over pay pal that i could get a character to walk to and from a tile +-1 either direction min of 10 times.. Got one hundred you wanna trow away? haha
