I think originally Wanted envisioned putting some elite scripts in there only available to those who have contributed time and effort (and hopefully scripts) to the community. The forums could use a bit of reorganization. They are a bit OSI centric rather than SCAR's stated goal of being game/include neutral. Basically contribute to the community any way you can for a long enough time and you'll be granted VIP status. Freddy is the one who created it.
