When I install scar (3.28 version) I saw this problem : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/204/jebanybad.png/ And scar can't install. It is trying to download the InstallAware installer (you can choose not to install it, but it must download even if you don't install it. I am not a fan of this "feature", but bundling InstallAware with SCAR is how Freddy raises money to continue developing SCAR, so I guess we will have to live with it.
