FHannes Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 how many bots can i use with this configuration?Processor: Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz (4 CPUs) I think you should be able to pull more than 4 bots on that cpu, VirtualBox can virtualize CPUs, so you don't need a single thread on your cpu for every machine you virtualize. RAM is a bigger issue, you need a certain amount of RAM for each machine you virtualize. Try looking for a windows XP distro called "TinyXP" or "MicroXP" on the internet, it's a very miminalistic version of windows XP which uses very little resources.
