What is the best ways to capture pixels from a box in a window ?

I use Scar 3.40

 

1) Is it the best way ? I would like to say , is it the quickest way ?

 

- TSCARBitmap <-TSCARWindowClient.CaptureEx(Box.X1,Box.Y1,Box.X2,Box.Y2);

 

2) I saw there is a TChrono class , How to use it ?

 

- What is the precision in time ? millisecond ?
