On Windows Xp these are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUsername>\Local Settings\Application Data\SCAR Divi On Windows Vista/7/8 these are stored in C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\SCAR Divi I'm not sure if simply deleting docking-settings.isf would do it, or if you would have to delete all files.
