I thought about putting them in MISC or a different folder but it fits to go into Core. Because its interacting with any NPC, its not limited to a certain thing like Trading.scar is. If you try out the test file, I debugged the TPA's returned from the FindNPC functions onto SMART's debug canvas. Pretty cool stuff... I didn't see where these functions could go either.
