Gaddy
Hi, I've installed Scar Divi - latest version (3.31) and when I run the application then BSOD appears. Can you tell me where is a problem? I've Windows 7 Ultimate. Thanks for your answers and sorry for my english.
FHannes
You really have to provide more information... Does this happen every time you start SCAR? Does it happen only with SCAR? What error code is displayed? Also, it's very unlikely that SCAR could cause a BSOD, they are most commonly caused by errors in kernel mode and SCAR runs in usermode. Make sure your drivers are up to date and working properly.

FHannes
Try removing all files in "Users\YouName\AppData\Local\SCAR Divi"
Gaddy
I haven't this folder in Local, LocalLow, Roaming... nowhere in within Program Files.
FHannes
That's very strange, it should be in Local... Perhaps that is the cause of the crash... Have you tried running SCAR as administrator?
Gaddy
I tried to run it as administrator, at windows xp sp3 mode, in safe mode, but nothing helps.
FHannes
Try the prerelease: http://forums.scar-divi.com/showthread.php?505-Downloading-SCAR-Divi-Prerelease If that doesn't help, I haven't got a clue... It must be an issue with your machine, as far as I'm aware, no one has ever had this issue.
