Making SCAR recognize Random numbers input in level tab in runescape?

I need SCAR to recognize a image/ or numbers in the level tab in runescape

 

let's say my Health is 99:

 

And when it goes below 40, i can make a function to make it eat and recognize that it is below 99 how can i make that?
